Had a spacious room, but the toilet refill took ages after flushing.

The bathroom decor felt a bit outdated, and if you're taller than 5'11, you might find the shower height a challenge. While everything was satisfactory, it doesn't squeeze into the realm of top-notch accommodations, as some amenities could use an upgrade.

Fantastic hosts and delightful breakfasts
I had a wonderful two-night stay with spacious accommodation and a warm welcome from the hosts. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. it was beautifully presented and included a delicious full English made with local produce. The large room had a fridge stocked with fresh milk and offered a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. I would have liked more clarity about public transport options in the area.

The en-suite bathroom felt cramped, and the toilet had a long cistern refill time that should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Despite this, the breakfasts were exceptional, featuring a hearty full English, and the room itself was spacious with ample tea and coffee supplies. The location provided a peaceful retreat, allowing easy access to local attractions.

comfortable stay but minor room issues
The hosts went above and beyond, allowing me to check in early and drop off my bags. Breakfast was diverse, offering both cereals and a hearty cooked meal that fueled my day perfectly. The comfortable garden view added a lovely touch during breakfast, making it an enjoyable start to my mornings.
The en-suite bathroom felt a bit cramped for my liking.

Just an optimal selection for a transient stop in Felixstowe with value for money. The internet was provided, although the connection was a bit iffy. If you like a quiet location, this one's a good pick.
